I blame this incident totally on Fatal for putting the idea into my head this morning
When a patient comes into surgery and tells you his twins are lying naked
don't reply
"Everyone should be naked in this weather"
because
a tumbleweed will roll by, and then the patient will run out of the surgery leaving only a smoke trail behind him
