Lost another 3lbs tonight 
So I've made it into the teens for the first time in 5 years.
Whoo hoo !!!!
Next target is 18 stone 10 - which is the weight I was when I joined WW for the very first time in 1993 
just look at how much you have lost since your first post not so long ago..thats good going. Well done you!!
