Yep time for another weigh in.
Lost another 4lbs and I'm now in the 16's for the first time in well a very long time - normaldom here I come 
To celebrate I'm going to get myself a new baby rat tomorrow

Did you ever read "Flowers for Algernon" by Daniel Keyes? It's a really sad story about a man and a rat used for a scientific experiment, that made them both super intelligent, and what happened after.
It's a 5 hanky one, but I loved it.
PS. What's all this about "approaching" normal. Your task today is to go out to your local shopping centre and count the people who are fatter than you. When you reach 20, I'll have proved my point and you can have a celebratory drink of water!
