she lost 10 stone in 6 months

as long as you feel well and get reg check ups

i had to take a break from cambrige diet

i was gettin bad migraines

so had a rest for 6 weeks doccys orders

*back on it soon though*

think my bods/brains back to normal again

Yep - I heard about that LightLife woman as well, although they never did decide whether it was the diet that finally did for her in the end. He probably picked up on that.

if you are not sure, you could still go on 800cal...

you know, you still loose the same weight about 4 lbs a week and you eat 1 meal...im ont it and feel ok.

to be honest watching your picture form the last time, i suppose you must be around goal weight, so you might have to start eating 790cal soon...

you know, im not jealous, nor want something bad for you, i just think you maybe dont realize how slim you become and do the Ss for too long.

I heard you shouldnt do SS for more than 6-8 months...

From what I know part of your diet entails having regular check ups, I'm sure you, and your counsellor (sp) are on top of things.

:)) can you believe that was one of my fears. Firstly that if I had a heart attack at home the ambulance men wouldn't be able to carry me out, then that if I died they wouldnt make a coffin big enough, and lastly that no-one would be able to carry my coffin when I was dead.

Obviously such morbid thoughts don't occupy my thoughts as much now :))

some times doctors are more trouble than they are worth, we have to remember that they are only 'general' practitioners. one at our surgery prescribed fresh fruit and veg and a brisk walk for everything!!!!!!! thankfully he has gone now. i am still dithering. don't want to start and fail. my lovely husband has said it's ok and he will support me, bless his cotton socks. ooh, that reminds me, i have to go and make him a cup of tea.
