Fancying

Not craving exactly. But for the last few days I've really been fancying porridge oats and fruit.

Not together, and any fruit will do.

Hmmmmmmm I think my body knows it will be able to eat food soon and is getting ready :))

Suppose its better than fancying chocolate and crisps though (although if I thought hard about it I'm sure I could fancy some of those too!!!)

well, at least it's good stuff. my in-laws were majorly impressed when they saw me last night, lol. think our nephew is going to be 'encouraged' to try it. are you staying on sole source until you get to target or are you doing add-a-meal? i think you are, but i can't remember, must be old age.

it's great when people start to notice. At the beginning I lost about 4 or 5 stone and no-one seemed to notice. Now I only have to lose a couple of pounds and someone notices.

Still not sure what I'm doing with regards to my target. I'm nearly at my first target, but think I'm going to go lower. I can go down to around 10 stone 7 before I have to stop sole source. I don't do add-a-meal very often (with my counsellors consent), but think I feel the need for a week of add-a-meal soon ;)
