I did add-a-meal, but I think the problem was my sudden addiction to the water flavourings
I haven't been drinking cold water at all and just having hot water with flavourings in (several a day), so I'm giving those a miss this week - hope it helps

I'm still having "revelation" moments though. I've been on a train for the first time since I was 15/16. I'd always had a fear that there would be tables and I wouldnt fit in them. This week I went on a train, which had fixed tables and arms on the seats, and I managed to slide in effortlessly, with loads of room to spare. Just the sight of a fixed table would have had me running off the train last year!!! I also sat in a small plastic "garden" chair outside a cafe today, with lots of room spare round the edges and no fat squeezing out the holes in the side
. I used to sit in the large ones before, and even then I had to perch on the edge of the seat.
Still aiming to go lower, so here's hoping for a good loss next week.
