Number one son was 16 on Tuesday - makes me feel old (not as old as I would with the extra 14+ stone on me though
)
So here's how my maintenance and exercise are going so far.
Managed to lose another 2 lbs this week - bringing my total to a nice round 200lbs lost ![]()

And all that exercise!!! I attempted my Davina exercise DVD today, did 10 minutes and the bloody dvd player died
So I put MTV on and bopped around for 20 minuts. Dog thought I was mad.
