Had the surgery - didn't go as well as planned.
Took 4 hours and have had lots of problems since 
I'm still not supposed to be using my arms and it's still painful after 5 weeks, but they are much much better than they were.
Unfortunately it looks like the left one will have to be done again, but I'm still thinking about it.
On another note I shall be in the "Fit Squad" in "The Sun" newspaper next week.
